Hum 30-40 yrs ago Republicans offering employee provided insurance, preserving private insurance & offering tax credits http://bit.ly/dBGsh 
 
Question: What's wrong with this? The money isn't exactly flowing down the ladder that these same people climbed up. They climbed over the backs of the very people who put them in office.
