Buy 1 Get 1 Titties

#CNN Headline - A billboard ad offers a buy 1 get 1 free offer 4 breast implants. Ok now I have 'rebuilds' after B. cancer but this flat out cracked me up. What if you have 1 breast removed can you bring another B cancer friend and they get the free 1 if so I got a tons of ppl - the line starts here!! Hilarious!
